Which would be the overall better choice, Ringke Fusion Clear or Spigen Ultra Hybrid Clear? Better fit? Materials used? Design? Your overall personal impressions please.

I have the Spigen clear view case in my note5 from day one !
It's an excellent silicone case, easy fit.

My boyfriend currently has the Ringke Fusion on his Note 5. Previously we had the Verus case as our couple's case but it was way to thick and hard to hold. We switched over to Ringke and it feels so much better, and we have matching skins on the back. Iron Man for him and Captain America for me lol.

I bought the first case I have ever bought for an Android phone.I went to BestBuy and bought an Otter Box case. It does make the phone a bit thicker and bigger but I've seen many people drop their phones and shatter the displays at my job. This case isn't the bigger bulkier case, it's the Commuter series. It came with a screen protector but I haven't put it on at this time.

I also have an S7 Edge that I've had since Friday. I ordered a Spigen Tough Armor case that will be here tomorrow.

I have the same case. It's awesome! Not as bulky as other Otterbox's, and it ACTUALLY LOOKS GOOD.
I've never been able to say that before lol!
Most OB cases are hideously bulky, but this one is sleek and extremely protective.

After checking every case posted no case is perfect in my opinion. The best case would have a material like the nexus 2012 nexus tablet. If anyone knows of a case like this let me know.

I haven't read through this entire thread, so forgive me if this has already been asked. Are there any "action camera" type cases for the Note 5? Something that would work with a Go Pro style mounting system?

Has anyone tried the Incipio Dual Pro case on the Note 5?

I have a Note 5 that I bought from a member here winging it's way to my mailbox, and should have it by the weekend! I don't really have the time to read 42-pages of prior posts. I would like to know how people who have used the case feel about it.

The Dual Pro is a pretty nice case. My only complaint with it was that it was a fingerprint and oil magnet.

I have a similar one from Love Mei, only big difference is the buttons at the bottom are covered and the fingerprint scanner doesn't work. The thing is heavy as a brick and makes the phone HUGE! I've been unable to get PunkCase to tell me how much their version weighs but the Love Mei is far to heavy for daily use.

Has anybody seen a leather snap-on case for the Note 5 like the Apple leather iPhone case? It adds virtually no bulk to the phone at all, and gives extra grip while being suprisingly good at protection from less-than-drastic falls.

I have this and it's a great case. Found it very user friendly and not too bulky

I actually recieved the case in the mail (bought via Verizon) before I got my Note 5, which is due on Monday. I can definitely see how the rubberized coating could be a fingerprint/oil magnet...although the grippy-ness and "feel" is great. I have 30-days to either keep it or send it back, so we'll see. I would love to find a case (as I mentioned in an earlier post) that mimics the Apple leather iPhone case. THAT would be a keeper.

Finally found my case and skin I'll be sticking with from SkinIt. The skin is flawless and the case has a very buttery feel too it that looks great and adds moderate to heavy protection. I'm very happy with and and won't be putting any other case on it anytime soon.

I realize you have a case that you like very much, I had a SupCase on my Note 7 and really loved it (it's really very similar to the UAG but comes with a holster) they are easily obtained and under $20 but offer great protection and I think look good while doing it (IMHO) I can say that I dropped my Note 7 several times with this case and never had any issues.

Absolutely, I have been using the Tech21 cases for years. They have customized cutouts for all necessary connections and the S-Pen. The absolute most important aspect of the Tech21 cases is the fact that it has a material called "Flexshock" (formerly called D3O) which is a shock absorbing material that distributes the impact shock around the case rather than just at the impact point.

I have dropped my Galaxy S (Vibrant), S5 and Note 5 on concrete and never sustained any damage. I also installed the Tech 21 cases on the models in between but was fortunate not to have dropped them. There are many cases on the market, some prettier, some uglier, but none that will offer better protection than the Tech 21's. I am a loyal, lifetime customer after these cases have saved my expensive smartphones on multiple occasions. Amazon has the best pricing. Amazon also has some superb leather holsters, both vertical and horizontal made by Hengwin. They have some sleek and slim designs as well as bigger and bulkier designs for those who want to carry more goodies than just a phone.
