Samsung Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920C Dual LTE

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920CD Marshmallow with LTE data plan in Claro Panama, nevertheless, I can only connect in H+. Already check the APN, type network, etc., and bands/frequencies available in the cellphone and in the carrier, and both have B2 (1900). Please any advisor in this case? Thanks...
