From what I know about Samsung phones, the LED will flash for email, msgs, etc, as long as you play a sound for email, msgs, etc.

Why worse battery than S8+? That`s disappointing.

Extra camera module and s pen take up space inside and reduces space for a battery.

I can't believe how many times I've already had to answer that question too!

But it's not a good answer. What stopped them from adding a mm or so of thickness and giving the room back for a proper battery? People act like Samsung is forced to use a specified thickness, and the pen and camera forces them into a corner.

It wasn't thickness - it was width jh! They had to maintain the same aspect ratio and create a silo for the S-Pen, so they had to narrow the battery in width, not thickness. I doubt they could have made up enough in thickness to compensate easily for that loss in width.

Does anyone know if this has the same aspect ratio of the GS8 and GS8+ meaning you'll get black bars on the sides when watching videos or playing games?

Upgrade your phone to the latest software.. Snamsung recently added an aspect ratio toggle.. So now when you watch a YouTube video you have choices of wide, stretch, fill, and zoom... It's a tiny icon on the right side of the screen about half way up... Just tap once on the screen and it will display.. I noticed this on my last trip to bestbuy.. The S8, S8+ had it.. The note 8 on display did not until I upgraded the software.. I'm Not sure if it is a Samsung software addition or not.. I have not seen this aspect icon added to any of the updated LG phones.. Hope this helps.

I would say yes... The sim card shares the same tray as the SD card..
