Samsung galaxy note wont go past samsung logo. Keeps replaying

I turned my phone off for a second and turnednit back on now my phone wont go past the samsung logo and blue flashung ring. It just replays then goes black and replays the logo again. I tried factory reset everything you can think of still doesnt work. Please help!

I've got the same problem with my note. Did you have any luck reinstalling android? So far I haven't..
