Samsung galaxy note7 enhanced messaging

On sprint I had it on my note 5 and my wife has it on her s7, but they forgot to put it on the note 7.

I seriously doubt that sprint forgot. A decision like that, since it involves changing the device from the standard unit, was made purposefully. Why? Eho knows.

Also... the OnCircle functions of the people edge requires it to work. Not sure yet if that means anything good or bad, but it does require it.
 
Well I'm on Verizon and don't see it which sucks. That would be a great feature to have.

Verizon has it. Message+ has "Enable Typing Notification" which does the same thing and it also has "Request receipt" which confirms message delivery and read.

To use advanced messaging, participants must have Wi-Fi calling enabled. To turn advanced messaging on or off, follow these steps:



Turn ON/OFF Wi-Fi Calling

From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon. Tap Settings Tap Connections , then tap More connection settings Tap Wi-Fi Calling Slide the Wi-Fi Switch right to the ON position. Select the Wi-Fi preferred or Never use Cellular Network
