Bingo. Remember the "End of 2010" claims by Verizon? Now, this isn't a claim from Samsung, but keep in mind Samsung could truly push 2.3 to the carriers in March or April, and we wouldn't see it for another 6 months (or never, for that matter).

maybe google is teaching them to drop their propriatory RFS (file system) and embrace EXT4
maybe otherwise as some other CEO said...DOA
