Hard to say. That site has it at some amount better than a 50/50 chance. I'm doubtful though. I'm betting it has the 4412, and they save the 5250 for a future device. I guess it depends on how badly they want to leapfrog the competition.

The S3 is their flagship phone, and after reading that article I hope they put the 5250 in it. The 4412 would be a disappointment.

Oh I can assure you it won't be at 2ghz, especially if its only a dual core. With the A15 cores, they could clock it at 1.2 and it would still be immensely faster than the current one.

You are wise to be doubtful. The 5250 only sampled at the end of January, and won't go into mass production until sometime in Q2. I would wager it is meant for a forthcoming tablet first, with a phone application coming after.

The 5250 is quoted for 2.0 GHz in tablets, and 1.7 GHZ in smartphones. But Samsung is not stupid, and know they need 4 cores to compete with the spec drones, even if the 5250 could smoke it. Im betting the 4412 is in the SGS3, 5250 will be in tablets by summer, and holiday season may bring some variants with 5250.

Well now that the one x is out now and youre hearing more and more about the snapdragon s4 is smoking the tegra 3 in benchmarks... Maybe samsung will see that people actually do see more than the number of cores. At least I hope, that 5250 chip makes me drool

Rumors read that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S3 on May 22nd in London, and go on sale worldwide in June in over 50+ countries at the same time. Not sure if the U.S. is a part of that worldwide release?

Ummm wrong. Verizon were the last to get the first Galaxy S phone and the Nexus is not part of the Galaxy S line.
