The GSIII won't be clocked at 2ghz. It may not even be clocked at 1.5.

It would be awesome if the GSIII would get that.
Hard to say. That site has it at some amount better than a 50/50 chance. I'm doubtful though. I'm betting it has the 4412, and they save the 5250 for a future device. I guess it depends on how badly they want to leapfrog the competition.

When they say it'll b released Mar. 22, do they mean that we can buy it then or it's just announced then?
Would be shocked if Verizon does not get the Galaxy S3. They got the Galaxy S1 before ATT and Sprint, and they got the best Galaxy S2 in the Nexus.
Rumors read that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S3 on May 22nd in London, and go on sale worldwide in June in over 50+ countries at the same time. Not sure if the U.S. is a part of that worldwide release?
