Did anyone else do the trade-in? Still waiting to know how to send my old phone back. It says on their website that they want the old phone back within 7 days of receiving the new S10 and that they'd send packaging with pre-paid postage to send it in. But I received no packaging, no email, nothing...
Hello. I got my S10 and S10+ yesterday. And I got the packages to return my old S9 and S9+ today so that's what I'll do. The return packaging is in the post.
I am having an issue with the claim form. It says the post code is incorrect so I cannot progress.
Anyone else?
This is no a new building an never had issues with my PC.

Still too scared to use my S10+ untill i get a case, phone is very slippery....... are you guys rocking your phones without cases?
