Please, may someone help me with this?
I bought my cell 4 months ago and it keeps losing signal randomly (every 2 or 3 days). A circle with a diagonal line inside it appears instead of the bar signals. I sent my phone to my dealer an they change the modem firmware to I9100UHLPE but the problem stills. The only way to recover signal is restarting the phone. Swapping Airplane mode on and off won?t work.
My phone is not rooted and I have full signal whenever the event ocurrs. Also there?s a brand new sim card inside. Attached there is a catlog compressed copy of the event.
