Samsung Galaxy S3 headphone problem

So i bought the Sennheiser cx 300 II, i plug them in my Samsung and the sound is really wierd like a distant sound, but when i put some force on it it works fine.
Other headphones are working except this one.
I tried the earbuds in several phones, in all the other phones it works.
Does somebody know the problem?

Perhaps you got a defective unit. First, I would make sure it's fully inserted (sometimes the jack can look and feel inserted, but may need that extra push). If it is and you are still having issues consider taking it back to the retailer or manufacturer for replacement.
