Samsung Galaxy S3 SGH-i747m (Canadian) - Custom Rom

[AC Question]

Hi

I have a ss g s3 sgh-i747m running Android 4.4.2 - Canadian (Telus/Koodo)
It is rooted using the Odin method and root status is confirmed.
I have both CWM & TWRP on it.
I also have SuperSU on it.
I have downloaded a couple of custom roms; cm-12 (d2datt.zip) and JediInvasion_5PORT.zip.
I cannot get either of the custom roms to install; the phone just keeps looping in circles.
When done; the stock SS rom boots and the phone is working fine - not bricked.
What am I doimg wrong?
I have experience with rooting/roming other phones and tablets and they work just great.

Any help would be appreciated!
