Samsung Galaxy S3 stuck on TWRP bootloop

The other day I got my IPhone fixed so i decided to wipe my android and put it away for later, but in doing this I wiped the operating system and now when i try to turn it on it starts up normally but then goes to TWRP loading screen and just stays there. I cannot enter download mode it just takes me back to TWRP.

try plugging in the usb download cable (not connected to anything (sounds strange i know)) then try boot to download mode. Had the same problem with my old s3. you will probably need odin and cf autoroot if you manage to get to download mode.
