Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Edition - Wi-Fi calling

Hey guys, I have kind of an interesting situation here. I was on Tmobile and have their version of the s4. Recently I unlocked the phone and moved to ATT as my service provider. Other posts that I have read state that you need the T mobile hardware to utilize the wifi calling feature. Since I have the correct version of the hardware is there anything that I can do to regain access to this feature even though I am on the incorrect network? I work in an area where I have extremely poor service but good wifi and it really made a great difference to me but the decision is out of my hands. Any advice on the topic would be extremely helpful.

For outgoing calls, use the free Vonage app.
Only T-Mobile has wifi calling on this device, Sprint has wifi calling on some of their phones, not their s4.
