Samsung Galaxy S4 (I-9505): Not Registered on Network

Hi,

My Samsung Galaxy S4 does not work when I am in the UK. Although it seems to connect if I try to make a call I get the error "Not Registered on Network". The error keeps coming up irrespective of the SIM I'm using (I've tried a least 4 different providers).

I have restarted the phone and manually tried to specify the different mobile bandwidths from the settings menu but to no avail.

The same phone works perfectly when I am in Italy and Malta.

Can anyone please shed some light on the problem. Have Samsung manufactured phones with bandwidth limitations maybe?

The bands aren't the problem - the 9505 should register on the network anywhere there's a GSM carrier.

If a bill is owed on the device in that region, the carrier blocks it
