Samsung Galaxy S4 Locked After FDR

Deleted Samsung Account on a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone, then did an FDR. Cannot get back into the phone bcuz of the reactivation lock. Anyway around this, Samsung says "no". Please help, ASAP!

Did you also remove the Google account before the factory reset? If not, you'll need to enter the correct Google account information as well--have you done that?

Yes, we actually deleted that too, but since it's available for up to a week(???) after deletion, so I reactivated her same Google account.

The Samsung account... The reactivation lock was on before we did the FDR!

And it doesn't ask you to enter the Samsung account information? Or are you entering the correct info, but it still won't recognize it?

That's correct. I've been trying to figure out something with the "Recovery Menu", but nothing has been resolved.
