Samsung Galaxy S4- no longer sending texts so select numbers

Gday all.
Have had my Galaxy S4 for a couple of months now.
About an hour ago it suddenly decided to stop sending texts to a couple of select numbers. Tries for a bit, then just says failed. Can receive texts from them.
Will send / receive to all other numbers.

Have tried:
Turning off and on again
Taking battery out
Turning WiFi / Airplane mode on / off etc
Clearing messaging and google services cache / data
Deleting message threads

Am in Australia on Telstra network but not sure it's network related (as both of the friends I am unable to text are also on Telstra, as are a couple of people I CAN text).

Would really appreciate any suggestions etc. Cheers

Hello! Do those numbers happen to also be iPhone users? If so, then it could be related to that and/or iMessage. If not and the issue just recently started then consider asking the carrier for a replacement sim card. Good luck!

Welcome to the forums.
Thank you for providing those details. It has been a while since I have used a Samsung, but do you have in Settings>about phone a section to update your phone? If you do I would try updating the profile and the PRL (preferred roaming list) and see if that helps.

If you don't have those options, I would call your carrier and see what they have to suggest.
