samsung glaxy s4 soft keys not working after yesterday update

My S4 is version 5.0.1 then an update came yesterday. I guess it is just some enhancment update and it took around 30mins to finish. After the said update, my soft keys both back and menu buttons are not working anymore, no lights too. Please help. Thank you very much!!! I already had a factory reset but still the soft keys are not functioning.

Welcome to Android Central! After the factory reset, did apps automatically reinstall? If so, try Safe Mode, to make sure none of the 3rd party apps are interfering: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11724

If it persists, you could try reinstalling the firmware using Samsung Kies or Smart Switch.
