Samsung Galaxy S4 - Time issues

Just recently bought a s4 zoom and since day 1 the time does not stay accurate. I have tried to set the time manually and by network but the clock somehow manages to fall behind... any ideas to why this is happening?

Try to strech widget with main clock on lock screen,hit edit (small pencil) then check- uncheck double watch and should be fine
