Just got the S4 and was setting up Weather App, and am unable to delete default location, i.e., can't find a way to do it. Whenever I tap on the location (i.e., Evergreen, WA) it says "Unable to delete current city from city list. Disable show current city instead". Can somebody please advise disabling procedure?

Thanks. DL

Two things:
1. Go into Settings > Location > Enable Location to allow the app to find your location.
2. Check the weather app settings to see if there is anyway you can manually enter a location for weather reporting and set it to default.

Let us know if you have further questions.

If you don't like what your weather widget is displaying as your current location, you can change it by disabling the Show current city feature built into the weather widget. Some of you may have figured this out by now, but it gave me the hardest time finding the right buttons to press. But here is how to disable Show current city -- Double tap the weather widget, then press the "My city list" in the upper right corner of the screen. Then press the Menu key (lower left button on the phone), then "settings". Uncheck the "Show current City" and you're done.

Now you can delete locations at will.

Enjoy!
