Samsung Galaxy S4 won't download images in text messages

Hi,
I just recently got this phone and have been having issues with downloading images in text messages.
I have my wi-fi enabled, data is enabled, I have successfully sent images via text message.
Help! :-[

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you turn off wi-fi and keep mobile data on? MMS requires mobile data, and although it's supposed to work if you have both on, I've seen some issues arise.
