SAMSUNG Galaxy S4 - won't switch on, what can I do?

SAMSUNG Galalxy S4 - wont switch on

I have replaced the battery (twice) and changed the charger port but my phone shows the battery signal, then the charging sign with 0%, then goes blank and is getting hot in the top right hand corner at the back.

Any help for next steps would be greatly appreciated

Do you feel qualified to undertake repairs? Because it needs repairer attention in my opinion.
