I just got my galaxy s4 and I live ittt!!!
But I noticed that it doesn't have all of the camera features its supposed to have
How do i activate them all

Press the mode button and you will see a rolodex of modes to choose from.

I known but it only has a few of the features not all of them like the one you can remove people out of the pictures ....

It's called Eraser Mode and it's in the "rolodex" of modes.
