Sim card is my old sim. Phone was bought last sunday from samsung store and it was the sales lady who inserted it.. configured everything for me.

Hi, I also have the same problem. Have you managed to resolve yours?..I bought my S5 online sim free, put my onw sim card in it. no problems with the phone, but My Phone number shows a different number.

This is normal not an phone issue it's the Sim card issuer u can get other sim card
OP what is your is your carrier
