samsung galaxy s5 won't stop updating software

Phone got stuck in a boot loop on Monday. Took it to the at&t store and they did a hard restart. Everything was good until yesterday when it started to update the software. Software would update, send a succesful update notice. Then two hours later I look at my phone and its updating again. Now it updates and try to update again a few minutes after completion . How do I stop this?
