Well you could do a factory reset. You will lose everything unless you have it backed up. To do it...cut phone off. Then simultaneously press power button, home button and volume up button. This will take you to the recovery screen. You can do a hard reset to device, which just returns the device to as if you took it fresh out the box. Not sure if there is another way.
