Samsung Galaxy S6 Active black screen

[AC Question]

My phone sort of restarted and now is giving me a black screen with "Samsung Galaxy S6 Active" legend and is just not doing anything else. I have tried Power/volume reset and is just turning off to go back to the same screen ;(

Any other ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power and Vol Down until it shuts off. Then try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095

Hi

Try to enter Recovery Mode, and to a Cache Partition Wipe. See if that helps. It would appear like your phone suffered a fall or liquid damage?
