Samsung Galaxy s6 edge plus display problem

So, I dropped my phone today, and the screen is broken (glass only). At first, I just had a small blue dot on the place where the screen was cracked, and now I ended up with 3 bigger bright dots on my display. Can it damage my phone's display, and will the dots get bigger? Please help. If there is any way to fix this other than replacing my display, please write it down below. Btw sorry for my english

The dots are damage to the LCD portion of the display. They'll keep growing until there's nothing else on the screen.

You need a new screen.
