ive had a very weird experience so far. I preordered my s7 edge (silver att) on the 26th along with best buys warranty thing. last week sometime I got charged for the phone, warranty GEAR VR AND SD CARD. I called them up and they refunded me for the unnecessary charges. now when I went to check my status is says that EVERYTHING except the sd card was cancelled and is preparing shipment and was charged for just the sd card ($26). called them up and a representative said that they'll ship just the sd and I have to go to a store and solve this issue. im hoping that everything is just messed up on the website and not my order lol. also just got a text from att showing me tips on "my new windows phone" (Im upgrading to the s7 from my windows phone WTH lol)

Reading this is making me anxious as all hell to get this phone, I still haven't heard back from Best Buy unfortunately... I want my phone! ??????

Seems like a lot of peoples credit card companies are jumping the gun and being overly protective, causing people to lose their pre-order.

Bestbuy.com is showing that all orders must be done in store. No more ordering on line.

Just received contract agreement from BB. I guess they are ready to ship and delivery to my house. YAY!!

I was in a Best Buy store at lunch today and if I wanted the black S7E I could've walked out with it. BB said they would just process a "pre-order" so I could get the VR and SD card, then complete it with the unit they had in Stock. I'm holding out for the Silver phone, though I was tempted.

Just got off the phone with my Best Buy (again). They are really starting to **** me off. Last time I was told they were expecting a shipment this afternoon and I just called them back and asked how to track it, and if I would be able to come in this afternoon and get it and I was told "there is no order number on a pre order and we don't know when our next shipment is due." Wow. This will be my last time dealing with Best Buy for preorders.

No issues activating here. They did go hard trying to sell me accessories. But worked out pretty well for me. Good luck to the rest of you.

Just went in to Best Buy. They are not releasing for AT&T, but since I purchased it outright they let me take the phone. I haven't tried to activate it yet, since they said it was down. Anyone have success activating it today?

I got mine from Best Buy this morning at 10am. Got the VR headset and free 64gb sd card, pretty sweet. It's a Sprint Edge Titanium through a 2 year upgrade. Absolutely love it, much thinner than my Note 4 was.

I bought mine outright through Verizon. Just took my SIM card from my current phone and put in the new one. Fired right up.

I didn't notice earlier that the phone was actually not ready, I saw that it said that my order was ready for pick up and assumed it was everything. Nope, just the SD card and VR. Now on bb order page it says "out of stock". Hope this is just due to the activation error and it will be fixed by tomorrow, I have the day off.
