Finally got my email for pickup for noon today. Got to bb around 3 and started the activation process and it would not let the rep complete the activation process. I was there for 2 hours before they were finally able to get my phone thru bb pos process and my account with at&t is still not completely "activated". The problem is on at&t's end because they had my next plan starting the day I preordered instead of when the phone came in because of this it messed up the activation process on my account. For my trouble they gave me a free case today and offered me more comp accessories once I come back later this week to complete the necessary paperwork for at&t. I'm trying to decide what accessories I need for my phone ;-). I appreciate bb for offering the comps even though the holdup is totally on at&t. Kudos to the staff at the Bloomingdale, IL Best Buy.
