Samsung Galaxy S7 overheating

Hey,yesterday,when i was video talking with someone in messenger i noticed that my GS7 is hot.It is normal to be like that just by talking on messenger?Are there any solutions to fix this problem?

A video call will be more power-intensive than a regular voice call, so it wouldn't be surprising for the phone to get warm. I've used Hangouts for video chats, and that can make the phone pretty warm after about 5 minutes or so.
