I discovered that most of my files in the secure folder were deleted after my phone had a system update.
Because I've never heard of such issues, I've never backed up my files and unfortunately lost them. Samsung claimed it shouldn't have happened and it's impossible to retrieve the deleted content from the secure folder.
Now, it still happens and even outside the secure folder (internal storage). For testing purpose, I downloaded some photos, videos and stored them both inside secure folder and outside. In both cases, the folders with the files were deleted mysteriously. They can't even be found inside internal storage folder. Once this happened on the same day and once the next day. This has never happened to me before that system update. Samsung technical support isn't helpful. What should I do?
