Samsung Galaxy S9 always on display ODD behavior

Well it's been 4 hours and I already have questions but this Always On Display is making me scratch my head as it seems to not know what position to stay in. The first photo is in what I call the normal position but the second is a lot lower/closer to the home button.
See photos. It changes every other time the screen times out.

It moves too prevent burn in. It's normal.
