Samsung Galaxy s9 - How to change screen display while wireless charging?

Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy s9 which I charge using a wireless charging dock. Is there anyway to set the screen to display a weather app or weather widget at all times when it is docked to the wireless charger?
