Samsung Galaxy S9+ unlocked won't connect?

Thats the problem , until you get a prepaid Verizon sim it won't delete those tmobile start up splash screen , like I mentioned that tmobile unlocked app doesn't mean anything because it orginally wasn't the phone , you can delete most of those tmobile apps, and should be able to delete the unlocked app from tmobile or once you put a verizon sim it will automatically reboot the device to configure.

I have a straighttalk Verizon sim installed is the thing. I've said this before. It's actually active and everything. Still is booting and acting like a tmobile device.

Look at this video , you think you can handle this?

Probably but wont be doing it. Going to send it back.

Remember how you said it can't be a T-mobile phone? Well, it definitely is. Got this notification this morning. Definitely going to send it back, it is locked to T-mobile and nothing is going to fix that no matter what I try. It's not going to work for me, it also lost the access point right after restarting it this morning before I went to the hospital. Anyway, appreciate the help but sadly, think it is a lost cause now. Unless the website I got the phone from can help me, there is little I can do to fix it.

I think thats best solution for you to send it back .

Its not a tmobile phone , its Sprint orginally.

Might be a sprint but unless a factory reset removes the T-Mobile lock that is currently placed on it, I can't do anything with it.
Factory reset won't change it from tmobile , either a sim not straight talk sim but a carrier sim or flash the firmware.

Thats why I mentioned if you have a friend or relative with Verizon sim you'll see it automatically reboot and configure to that carrier.

It should be with the Verizon sim card I have in it but I think most of mine are on AT&T or something else. So, just gonna see what they say and then send it back. Hopefully they either refund me or trade me for a Verizon only phone.
