Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 - Email does not work after upgrading system to 4.2.2

After an automatic upgrade of my Tab2 10.1 to 4.2.2 I keep on receiving the message; "Unfortunatelly, Email has stopped". I checked the Email settings, they are OK, what could be the problem?? Thanks.

The same here, since yesterday.
If anybody knows the solution, it would be much appreciated.

PS Solved for me.
I entered the app manager, force-stop email and deleted all cached data. After that, I reinstalled my email settings. It works now!

Dear Maxim!
Could you be more specific. In Application MAgener there is no item for Email. I only found Gmail, adn did what you recommended, without success. What item did you force-stop, etc.

I used the app Android Assistant and then Processes to get to the email app. Also, I deleted the field called Data.
