just bought this tablet and wanted to use it for playing music via an audio device..ie hifi/ portable speaker.used a headphone to aux cable but the sound volume is really poor..to the point of useless.(and yes i turned the tablet up to full) any tips please..thanks in advance..Rose

Welcome to the forums.
It shouldn't be that bad. Perhaps a bad headphone jack. Are you able to exchange it?
