Samsung Galaxy Z flip 3: Always On Display not working

Every time I lock my phone the always on display disappears even if I have it set to always on. Very confused. Please help.

Hi thank you for the continued support. Much appreciated. I booted into safe mode and it works ok. Thank you for the advice.

Hmm. So does this mean some app is interfering? Any advice with perhaps what could do that outside of starting to randomly uninstall apps on my phone when not in safe mode?

I think I found it. It was the app holey light. I set it up and my always on display seems to work again now. Will update should that change but so far so good. Thank you again for all the help. So far it was caused by an app.
