I realized a few days ago that I wasn't getting notifications of sport scores on my watch when I knew I would normally get them. At that time I was on the top of a mountain in the snow, so I didn't think that much of it. That night, when I got home, I checked, and my last notification I think I received was for a email I received at about 12:15 am that morning. I tried re-connecting my watch and S5, restarted my S5, then my Gear, which froze on the screen that says "Samsung Gear 2" for about 5 minutes before I held down the button to turn it off, then turned it on and it stared normally. Still I'm not getting any notifications. I checked the watch and Gear manager and both of those are set to receive notifications. When I took a photo with my watch it transferred straight to my S5. I don't think this is a problem with the watch, as it appears to be in top condition, as I can now squeeze 5 days out of one charge.
I haven't tried a factory reset as re-pairing and re installing apps is a pain. I'll try it if there is no other way though. Does anyone know how to fix this?
