Since the last update days ago, my S2 now nags ALOT to "get moving" "been idle for an hour" and all kind of stupid stuff like this.
I have disabled ALL notifications on the s health app in my phone, i have even deinstalled the app from the phone.
The S Health app has NO settings what so ever in the watch.. How to disable this stupid naggety nag nag?

Phone is a Motorola G4 Plus dual-sim.

EDIT: I dont seem to be able to reply. When i open the S Health on the watch, i cannot swipe up/down/left/right, nothing happens.

EDIT #2: Thank you BobLad, i had to "start" something to be able to swipe to settings, now thos naggy things are disabled.

If you don't want to be nagged about inactive time or other things, go to "nudges" in the S Health app settings on the watch and turn them off.

When you open SHealth, you should see your calorie count. You should be able to swipe from right to left. Keep doing this until you reach the end. That's where the setting are. It's easier to do this with the bezel instead of swiping. Rotate it clockwise to reach "settings" quickly.
