Samsung Gear S2 "Unable to connect to wifi network sign in procedure is not supported.

I spoke with an IT guy at work who said this watch can't support our authentication? However, my original Gear S worked just fine, in addition to my fitbit. Why the problem with my S2? It's worthless without wifi!
