Samsung Green/white screen O’death…

Hi everyone, my Samsung note has developed the green/white screen O death. Because i cant see anything what pc app can i use to copy the data which hasn’t been updated. Hopefully it did it while I couldn’t see anything but id like to double check some data can be salvaged. Cheers angels
