Samsung health changed measurements

This morning my samsung health app unexpectedly changed from metric to imperial measurements! How do I change it back? Fluid ounces instead of ml and inches instead of cm is useless to me.

Go into Samsung health app settings, then 'units of measurement':

This only changes height distance blood sugar etc it doesn't change the food measuremaents unfortunately.

Unfortunately this section does it allow me to change food measurements. It's like it suddenly reverted to an American version.
