samsung J4+ is in loop with- An error has occurred while updating the device software

[Android Central Question]

I rooted my samsung j4+ and came back on stock and tried other ROM's and played a lot with this device.
Now, my phone is in loop continuously with error message An error has occurred while updating the device software. I am trying to connect my phone with PC but as it keeps looping it get disconnected with in 3 seconds.

can anyone help me to recover device. if i get the device connection to PC I can play hard.
