Android Central Question

So I accidently turned on Knox protection on my phone by clicking restart on the setting ..I waited for my phone to restart thinking it will turn back on in a few minutes...It did not turn on instead it was stuck on the boot screen for the whole day......I've tried everything...from watching tutorials to searching on google...It's been 6 days since my phone has been stuck on the restart screen...I had my hopes up when I followed a tutorial telling me to turn on recovery mode......He had told me to press down on the volume up button, the home button and the power button...And this turned on recovery mode for me...Then I was instructed to factory reset my phone.....This I had no problem with as everything was backed up on my phone ..So I did that then I was told to reboot system so I so and then when my phone turned back on it was still stuck on the reset screen....I tried it again and again but it still did not work.....I really don't know what to do...my dad said he will drop it off to the technician in a few days if it doesn't work ...…. I do not want to drop it off to the technician as its a long process is there any way I can avoid this...I would really appreciate if someone could help me out
Thank you

It's late now (3-9), but if you still have the phone, try Home+Volume Down+power. If that gets you to the download screen (actually a warning screen - you press Volume up at that point, and you're in download), you can follow [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN to reflash the firmware and get your phone back. (Not anything you've put on it since you got it, though - it will be like a new phone out of the box. There's no way that I know of to flash the firmware without flashing the userdata partition on a Samsung.)
