I noticed this yesterday. Interesting as ours says note 9 is January and previously it was February. Looks like they are running ahead of schedule and we may get it this month.....

May get it this month.

Do you have to backup and reload everything somehow or does the new Android & One UI just install without issue right over?

It will be a small update and will Install over , while non beta tester will have a bigger download
