Samsung Members stuck at "Please Wait"

I'm trying to launch Samsung Members. It connects and I can see the screen that shows how to use it as well as the welcome with my name. But over that screen there's a "Please wait". I've left it all night but it's not going away.

I've tried force stopping the app, clearing the data and even uninstalling the update to reinstall it. Nothing works!

I have the Galaxy S7 SM-G930W8.

Just tried mine. Same model of s7. Mine worked okay.

I just did a hard reset and it's still not working. It's not crucial mind you, just annoying.
