Samsung mesmerize-repeat notifications alerts?

I am trying to figure out how to make my phone continue to alert me when I have a missed call/voicemail. Is there an app for this or how can I get it to do multiple alerts? Right now if I miss a phone call, I do not know it until I look at my phone. Any help is much appreciated, I am on call for work alot and don't want to have to check my phone constantly in fear that I have missed a phone call. Thanks!

there is a free app called missed call that lets you do this for phone calls. i havent seen any reliable options that let you do it for VM

EDIT: you probably will need this version of the app for the mesmerize
