When I did the test like you did it happened, when I tried to text my brother no issue.
Does this happen with everyone?

It doesn't happen in group messages. and yes with everyone. BUT, I mainly text my gf which she has an iPhone. I will be going to work in a few and I'll text my co-workers and see if its everyone and I'll reply on here with the results.

Yup, it happened to 3 of my co workers.

Yep this has been going on I think since I got the phone but it dont bother me. Might need to clear data and cache of the messaging app

I'm having an issue with the group text messages. If I text someone my text comes up last and when I get a response it never shows up in the order of the messages coming in
