It says: "any qualifying new 2 year agreement". I'm guesing yes for upgrade if you're getting 2 year agreement(which u can do every year with sprint.

No, I just went in today and it's at $99.99, it's what I paid for it, well at least in the location where I'm at, is the price. With a 2 year new service contract of course.

its $49 for new accounts. $99 for existing accounts with 2 new year. I paid $99 a while back and for $100 its worth the phone

i dont think its 99 for customers with a upgrade because if you go to the sight it sais 199.99 with a upgrade and its 99.99 right now with a brand new account or add a line.

it was at $99 on the 1/31/10 u were off a couple days but keep a look out though..

well i checked online when it was 49.99 and it still said the upgrade was 199.99...i have never seen it for 99.99 unless its a brand new account so i think your might have been mistaking.

the price for $49 and $99 was on 1/31/10 it might of been only that day.. I was trying to get my dad to get the moment that day .. he didnt even wanna pay $99 for it .. cheap ass lol...

I got in a RadioShack Magazine thing today for their sales and it is indeed $99.99 with a NEW 2 Year Service Agreement, including the HTC Hero.

they change prices on moment and hero like every week.. and coco wirefly.com gives good deals on phone too. i remember seeing the moment for $29 one time on that site.. when it came to buying my phone i price checked radio shack wirefly and bestbuy...

yea i got mine yesterday at 99 but i get a 100 $ mail in rebate gotta wait a while to get my money back but it actually equals out to being free so iam not woried about it
